JSNK (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Tovaire mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account or use the App, we may collect:
- Account Information: Your name and email address, provided through Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google authentication.
- Size Preferences: Your preferred clothing sizes (e.g., tops, bottoms, shoes) that you enter in your profile to receive size-aware notifications.
- Product Follows: The product URLs you submit and the price alert thresholds you set.
- Alert Preferences: Your notification preferences, including threshold types (percentage or absolute price), threshold values, and re-notification intervals.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens (APNs device tokens) necessary to deliver notifications.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including products viewed, features used, and timestamps of activity.
- Subscription Information: Your subscription status (free or paid tier), managed through Apple's StoreKit and RevenueCat.
1.3 Information from Third-Party Services
- Authentication Providers: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name (if you choose to share it) and email address. We do not receive your password from these services. If you use Sign in with Apple's “Hide My Email” feature, we receive only the relay email address Apple provides.
- RevenueCat: Our subscription management provider processes your subscription status and purchase history. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID linked to your account. RevenueCat does not receive your name or email.
1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- Payment card information (all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store)
- Precise geolocation data
- Contacts, photos, or other device data
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Health, fitness, or biometric data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide Core App Functionality: Track product prices, monitor size availability, send price drop and restock notifications, and display price history charts.
- Personalize Your Experience: Use your size preferences to provide size-aware notifications and highlight relevant availability information.
- Process Subscriptions: Manage your free or paid subscription tier and enforce product follow limits.
- Communicate With You: Send push notifications about price drops, restocks, and account-related updates.
- Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
- Comply With Legal Obligations: Respond to legal requests and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Product Data from Third-Party Retailers
The App collects publicly available product information — including product names, brand names, prices, images, and size availability — from third-party luxury retail websites including SSENSE, Farfetch, REVOLVE, and END. Clothing. This data is factual information collected from publicly accessible web pages.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these retailers unless explicitly stated.
- Product data is provided for informational and price comparison purposes only.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of product data. Prices and availability may change at any time on the retailer's website.
- Product images displayed in the App are reduced-size thumbnails used for identification purposes and link to the original retailer's product page.
- All brand names, trademarks, and product images are the property of their respective owners.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
We share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the App:

4.2 Affiliate Partners (Future)
In the future, we may participate in affiliate programs with the retailers featured in our App. If we do, clicking a link to a retailer's website may include an affiliate tracking identifier. This identifier does not contain your personal information — it only identifies that the click originated from our App. We will update this Privacy Policy and provide clear disclosures before implementing affiliate links.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
4.4 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the App or email before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services:
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion to allow for account recovery.
- Product Follow and Preference Data: Deleted when you delete your account.
- Push Notification Tokens: Deleted when you delete your account or revoke notification permissions.
- Subscription/Payment Records: Retained for up to 7 years after the end of your subscription for tax and legal compliance purposes. These records are maintained by Apple and RevenueCat; we retain only subscription status information.
- Aggregated Price History Data: Price history for tracked products is non-personal data and is retained indefinitely to provide historical price charts to all users. This data is not linked to any individual user.
- Usage Analytics: Anonymized and retained for up to 24 months for product improvement purposes.
6. Your Privacy Rights
6.1 All Users
Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Opt Out of push notifications through your device settings.
6.2 California Residents (CalOPPA & CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: You may request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, and share.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. If this changes in the future (e.g., through affiliate partnerships), we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

6.3 Do Not Track Signals
The App does not track users across third-party websites. We do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals because we do not engage in the type of tracking that DNT is designed to prevent.
7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. When you delete your account:
- Your profile, size preferences, product follows, and notification history are permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Your push notification tokens are immediately deactivated.
- If you signed in with Apple, your Apple ID association with the App is revoked.
- If you have an active subscription, it is not automatically canceled. You must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store. We will display a reminder about this during the deletion process.
- Aggregated, non-personal price history data contributed during your membership (e.g., the fact that a product was a certain price on a certain date) is retained as it is not personally identifiable.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL).
- Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data.
- Secure authentication via Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In (we never handle or store passwords).
- Service provider agreements requiring equivalent security standards.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@tovaire.com.
10. Third-Party Links
The App contains links to third-party retailer websites. When you tap a link to visit a retailer's website, you leave our App and are subject to that retailer's privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated policy within the App.
- Updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
- Sending a push notification for significant changes (if you have notifications enabled).
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
