How do I cancel my subscription?
Tovaire subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Tovaire, then Cancel Subscription.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policies.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Tovaire, go to Profile, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original subscription.
Why aren’t I receiving notifications?
Check the following:
- Notifications are enabled in Settings › Notifications › Tovaire.
- A price threshold is set on the product — you’ll only be notified when the price drops below it.
- The product is still actively followed on your Home screen.
Still not working? Email us and we’ll investigate.
How accurate is pricing data?
Prices are fetched directly from retailer websites three times daily — 8 AM, 2 PM, and 8 PM ET. There may be up to an 8-hour delay between a retailer price change and the update in Tovaire. Always verify the final price on the retailer’s site before purchasing.

How many products can I follow for free?
Free accounts can follow up to 5 products. Upgrade to Tovaire Premium for unlimited follows and full price history.
What does “inactive” mean?
When a product page becomes unavailable — sold out, delisted, or the URL changes — Tovaire marks it inactive after repeated failed attempts. Your price history is preserved. Unfollow inactive products to free up follow slots.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app:
- Open Tovaire and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This permanently removes:
- Your profile and account information
- All followed products and alert settings
- Your notification history
- Your device tokens
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel separately through Apple Settings (see above) to stop future charges.
